Initial and Additional Training...

To get the most from your investment, we know that you need high quality, informative training from the start. As a result, your initial training and support is provided as part of your UKSPA CLARITY package, and includes your first invoice run.

Your initial training can take place either at your site or at our fully equipped training suite in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Sessions are customised to suit different levels of users, from receptionist duties up to 'train the trainer' sessions, where an in-house training approach is preferred.

Our on-going training programmes, are specifically designed to help you to get the most out of your investment and its continual development, making learning easy, convenient and relevant to your needs.

In addition to your initial training, we hold regular focus groups and training sessions in our training and conference facility in Chesterfield, and can also offer on-line training to introduce a new user to the system.

We will be hosting regular user group workshops, planned to coincide with UKSPA Conferences and Members' Meetings across the country, so please see our events calendar for upcoming opportunities.
